  • Develop and manage project documentation including work authorizations, photos, notes, drying logs/monitoring records, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Write and validate scopes of work (and/or estimates) and coordinate approvals with property owners, adjusters, consultants, and internal leadership.
  • Plan and schedule labor, equipment, and materials to meet production timelines; coordinate subcontractors and specialty trades as needed.
  • Lead field teams and subcontractors through daily direction, jobsite briefings, quality checks, and performance coaching; ensure crews follow company SOPs and IICRC-aligned best practices.
  • Monitor job progress and communicate updates to customers and stakeholders, setting expectations, resolving concerns, and documenting all decisions.
  • Perform moisture mapping and monitoring oversight (as applicable), interpret readings, adjust drying plans, and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Ensure health and safety compliance including PPE use, containment, engineering controls, and safe work practices; maintain jobsite cleanliness and risk mitigation.
Coordinate contents and structure workflows including pack-outs, cleaning, storage, and re-installation (if applicable).
  • Manage billing readiness by maintaining complete job files, verifying line items, tracking costs, and ensuring documentation supports invoicing/claim justification.
  • Handle change management by identifying scope changes early, obtaining written approvals, and keeping all parties aligned on cost and timeline impacts.
  • Conduct final walkthroughs and punch lists, confirm customer satisfaction, and ensure proper demobilization and job closeout.
  • Participate in on-call/after-hours response rotation as required for emergency losses.
